About Us

At Manual Medicine Spine & Sports Physical Therapy, we help people break free from pain, restore full-body mobility, and return to the life they love without relying on prescription drugs, repeat doctor visits, or high-risk surgeries. Our mission is to treat the root cause of your pain with real, proven solutions that rebuild strength, restore movement, and give you back control.

What sets us apart is our whole-person approach. Pain affects more than just your body. It drains your energy, disrupts your confidence, and slows you down. That’s why we don’t stop at rehab exercises. We guide you through the physical and mental shifts that drive lasting recovery. Many of our patients come to us after failed results elsewhere, and we help them turn the page with personalized care that delivers real, measurable progress.

If you’re tired of temporary fixes and ready for a smarter, long-term solution to pain relief and performance, we’re ready to get you there.

Trupti Mehta PT, MS, OCS

Owner/Physical Therapist

Trupti’s personal journey through injury and chronic pain shaped her mission to help others reclaim their mobility and quality of life. From high school track injuries to enduring neck pain and headaches during college thesis writing marathons, she understands how overwhelming it can be to navigate recovery alone—especially with a demanding schedule. Her experiences led her to focus on helping individuals in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who are often told by healthcare providers that there’s nothing more to do beyond rest or medication. Trupti is committed to offering real solutions for chronic pain and functional limitations, empowering people to move better, feel stronger, and avoid unnecessary long-term disability.
